There are few of us willing to put those commands of Allah(SWT),and the excellent examples of our Prophet(SAW)into our everyday practices. We are so unwilling to forgive and we willfully hold onto grudges. Some of us will die with this malice in our heart. Mostly our Islam is a mouthpiece. Our jihad is against our familes, wives, husbands, children and other muslims and it is not against tyranny, and oppression of the human-kind. It's easy to watch from a TV screen the murder of hundreds and thousands of muslims and do nothing, but sit and say what we would do. When all we have to do is do muslim. And that does'nt mean the wearing of a kufi and a scarf. I too believe that we should rise above the insults of our enemies. When Jesus was arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane, His follower, Peter quickly wielded a sword in defense of his Master, but Jesus rebuked him for this violent action and said, "Those who live by the sword will die by the sword." Prophet Muhammed was a peace-loving teacher. I do not believe he would support the actions of Osama Bin Laden or suicide bombers in the market places. These actions are unethical and clearly inhumane. Also, the fact that places of worship are being destroyed by those who call themselves MUSLIMS!
